Vladimir Guerrero Jr. cracking the top 10 on the MLB Network’s Top 100 list is well-deserved, but the glaring omissions of his teammates have the fanbase rightfully fired up.

While it is nice to see the national media acknowledge Vladdy and George Springer, leaving off the guys who did the heavy lifting during our World Series run is baffling.
Daulton Varsho (Drafted 2nd round, 2017 by Arizona) is the most shocking snub given the absolute clinic he put on when healthy last season.
The dynamic outfielder posted a career-best .833 OPS and smashed 20 home runs in just 71 games, playing at an MVP pace before his injury.
His 10 Defensive Runs Saved in barely half a season prove he is arguably the most complete defensive player in the American League.

Kevin Gausman (Drafted 1st round, 2012 by Baltimore) was the heartbeat of the rotation and his exclusion feels like a direct insult to consistency.
The right-hander racked up 189 strikeouts and pitched to a 3.59 ERA, remaining the steady rock this team leans on every fifth day.
He even delivered a 2.93 ERA in the postseason, proving that age is just a number for the 35-year-old ace.

The disrespect provides perfect bulletin board material for camp

We cannot ignore Shane Bieber (Drafted 4th round, 2016 by Cleveland), who silenced every doubter after returning from surgery.
Bieber posted a 1.02 WHIP in his seven regular-season starts and looked like a Cy Young contender again in October.
Leaving a pitcher of his pedigree off the list after he helped pitch the team to Game 7 of the World Series is simply lazy analysis.
Blue Jays fans know that lists do not win championships, but this level of disrespect adds a nice chip to the shoulder.
If the experts want to overlook the depth of this roster, they are in for a rude awakening when the season starts.
This team is returning with a vengeance, and these "snubs" will be leading the charge back to the Fall Classic.
