The Rays have been looking for a new stadium for over a decade at it seems like they will finally be getting one.

The city of St Petersburg has approved a new $1.3 billion stadium for the Rays putting an end Tropicana Field.

This is a huge move for the Rays that were debating moving the team to Montreal just a few years ago but fans will now be able to stay in sunny Florida and have a brand new stadium.
