The Blue Jays finally have a clear plan heading into the trade deadline which is move all the rental players in hopes of getting a decent return.

As players such as Justin Turner, Yusei Kikuchi, Kevin Kiermaier and others are likely on their way out, the team seems to want to hold onto players like Guerrero and Bichette for next season.

Despite the disappointing season that is currently taking place, management wants fans to know that they have decided to go ahead with this plan because they plan on winning in 2025.

"Players like Chris Bassitt, who is under contract for next year ... are not available because the message coming from the Blue Jays is they intend to win in 2025."

This is discouraging for fans to hear because it is the same message they have been getting for years yet nothing changes and the guys making all the wrong decisions are still at the helm.
