The Blue Jays acquired 23 year old pitcher Jake Bloss from the Astros in a trade that saw beloved Yusei Kikuchi head to Houston.
Bloss was optioned to Triple-A after being acquired and made his debut with the Bisons yesterday. Bloss had a solid outing, giving up 3 hits, 0 runs, 2 strikeouts and 32 strike on 50 pitches in 2.2 innings.

This is a solid start for the young pitcher as he is still getting used to his new teammates but is clearly off to a promising start.
