The Blue Jays catcher Danny Jansen was hit by a pitch this week against the Pirates and fractured his wrist.

Manager John Schneider announced today that Jansen had a positive doctor's appointment today where they reassured him that nothing was displaced and that he should be back in action within a few weeks.
