Blue Jays management continue to make questionable decisions

The Blue Jays have been playing better lately but are still battling their biggest problem which has been inconsistency this season.
Prospect Spencer Horwitz has been dominant in Triple-A for the Bisons as he currently has a .330 batting average and .931 on base percentage yet has yet to receive a call to the big leagues. Last game, Horowitz 5 hits, 6 RBIs and 1 homerun which proves how he is simply too good for Triple-A.
