Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Chris Bassitt delivered another incredible performance in game 4 last night and got emotional when speaking of his teammates afterwards.
The Blue Jays had Shane Bieber on the mound yesterday for game 4 who came across and delivered in incredible fashion but then gave the ball to the bullpen who built off his momentum to help the Blue Jays tie the series at 2-2.

Bassitt was left off the Blue Jays roster for the ALDS but has been on fire since returning to the mound against the Seattle Mariners with 0 earned runs and 1 hit allowed in 6.2 innings pitched to go along with 8 strikeouts.

While some were not too sure how well Bassitt would pitch coming out of the bullpen in the playoffs, he has delivered every time his name has been called by the Blue Jays.
The Blue Jays were not certain they would be keeping Bassitt next season as they no longer had room for him in the starting rotation but with how he has been pitching out of the bullpen, they might be rethinking that this off-season.
