There has been some speculation lately that the Blue Jays might be looking to move Danny Jansen before the deadline but it clearly has not been affecting his play as he continues to produce.
Jansen has been on fire this season for the Jays at the plate since coming back from injury and once again continues to deliver against the Twins today with another homerun.
The Jays catcher currently leads the team in pretty much every important batting statistic with a .325 Batting average, .426 on base percentage and .700 slugging percentage.
If the Blue Jays do decide to trade Jasen, hopefully they will be able to get a serious return as he has proven that he is an exceptional player this year.
