Former Toronto Blue Jays starting pitcher Aaron Sanchez announced today that he is looking to make an MLB comeback.

Sanchez last played in the MLB in 2022 when split time between the Washington Nationals and Minnesota Twins but only last a total of 15 games and over the last two years was pitching in the minors.

Former Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Aaron Sanchez is looking to make an MLB comeback at 33 years old as news broke this afternoon about his plans for this season.
According to reports, Sanchez has switched to a new sporting agency, Smooth Baseball, and will be looking to find a new in hopes on making a comeback to the majors.
Former All Star pitcher Aaron Sanchez, with a new sports agency (Smooth Baseball), is making a comeback after last pitching in the big leagues in 2022. He pitched last season for Triple-A Buffalo.

Sanchez last played for in the minors in 2024 with the Blue Jays Triple-A affiliate team the Buffalo Bisons where he struggled, playing in only 14 games while putting up a 7.92 ERA which led to his release.
it will be interesting to see if Sanchez made some improvements to his game so late in his career and if he will be able to get back to the majors at 33 years old.
