Gaudreau family issue statement on the tragic passing of Matthew and Johnny Gaudreau

The hockey and sports community received tragic news this morning as it was announced that superstar Johnny Gaudreau and his brother Matthew Gaudreau passed away in a car accident while they were biking.
Following the heartbreaking news this morning, the Gaudreau released a statement thanking the everyone for their kind messages but announcing that they currently need their time and space.

This is a truly heartbreaking story as two young men were taken way too young and both of them meant a great deal to a lot of people.
The entire Blue Jays community wishes the Gaudreau our thoughts and prayers during these hard times.
