Getting
Scherzer back in the rotation will be huge for the Blue Jays who have been trying to find ways to replace him for the past few months but that has proven quite difficult.
The other part is that Blue Jays pitcher Bowden Francis has been brutal lately giving them their only loss in their last 10 games in a brutal performance which is why getting Scherzer back soon is so important.
If Scherzer returns with no problems with his thumb, there is a good chance that the Blue Jays look to move Bowden Francis at the trade deadline.
