In a shocking scene that you do not see everyday, Gerrit Cole is seen actively and visibly crying after he gives up a home run.
In the bottom of the 5th inning against the Boston Red Sox, in a 3-3 game, Rafael Devers came up to the plate and hits a long ball against Cole to make it 4-3. Gerrit Cole was visimbly emotional after giving up the lead.
