The Blue Jays have been without Jordan Romano and Bo Bichette for a little while now and manager John Schneider finally gave an update on both players.

Schneider told reporters prior to yesterday's game that he is hoping that both players will be able to return this season but it is far from a guarantee.

Asked before the game if there will be enough time for Bo Bichette (calf) to get back in big-league games this season, Blue Jays manager John Schneider said “there should be.” As for Jordan Romano (elbow), Schneider said Jays “would love for him to be back and pitch.”

Toronto's season has gone quite poorly from their play on the field to the multiple injuries that has plagued the team since the beginning. Unfortunately it looks like there is very little chance that Bichette and Romano return this season.
