Blue jays manager John Schneider made a statement regarding George Springer's place in the lineup during a radio interview.
Schneider said that he will be staying in the leadoff spot after playing well for the last couple weeks and being moved into the number 1 spot in the last couple games.
“That's staying… he's in a good spot.”
