Looks like Blake Snell could seriously end up in Toronto

News broke last night that former Cy Young winner Blake Snell has decided to opt out of his contract with the Giants at the end of the season making him a free agent.

According to reports, the Blue Jays have a chance at landing Snell as they are the 9th most likely team to land him according to B/R Walk Off.

Blake Snell is reportedly planning to exercise his opt-out clause after the 2024 season

The Blue Jays signing Snell would make a ton of sense this off-season as they are looking to improve their pitching rotation and despite getting older, Snell has proved he can still be a dominant pitcher in the majors.
