News broke last night coming from the Dominican Republic regarding Rays shortstop Wander Franco's case, he has been formally charged.
Franco had a promising career ahead until reports came out last season regarding abuse and exploitation of a minor. Last night the former all-star was officially charged for the crimes in the Dominican Republic.
