Bryce Harper cheating confirmed
Blue Jays broadcaster Joe Siddall catches Phillies first baseman Bryce Harper conspicuously spraying the barrel of his bat with pine tar in the dugout. MLB Rule1.10(c) States 18 inches from the knob is the max.
The MLB has yet to make any sort of announcement regarding the situation which means they either don't care or are still looking into it but it does not seem like Harper will get any repercussions from it since he played this afternoon.
Despite this situation with Harper, the Blue Jays were still able to win the game 2-1 and held Harper to zero hits in a total of four at bats yesterday regardless of the pine tar.
