The Blue Jays have decided to have their stadium fully renovated this year and the team will get a brand new stadium to play in this season. Although this can be seen as great, the tough part is that they are putting finishing touches on it right now meaning the Blue Jays will not have much time to get accustom to the new stadium before having to play in it.
The Blue Jays Renovated Stadium Comes with Some Trouble
The Toronto Blue Jays had their stadium re-done during the off-season but due to the renovations taking longer than expected, the team will not get to see much of it before playing their first home game on April 12th.
This may not seem like a massive deal but with a lot of changes coming to the Rogers Centre, it will be a entirely new field that the players have to get used to.
Almost ready for baseball
The fact that they will have to get used to this new stadium while dealing with multiple injuries and tough schedule will make for a tough start to the season.
