The Toronto Blue Jays have just announced that they have officially called up pitcher Yariel Rodriguez from Triple-A after an incredible start to the season.
Rodriguez started the season in Buffalo after an incredible Spring Training where he pitched 5 innings, striking 3 out, allowing 2 hits, 1 run and 3 walks.The Cuban pitcher has followed up his impressive Spring Training by playing great for the Buffalo Bisons. In 6.1 innings, he has struck out 10 allowing 1 single hit, 3 walks and zero runs.
