The Toronto Blue Jays had a tough 3-1 loss tonight to the Seattle Mariners and during the game, outfielder Nathan Lukes left with a right knee contusion.
In the first inning, Lukes foul a ball right off of his knee and despite being in a good amount of pain he ended up staying in the game and walked on the play but was later pulled out.

According to Schneider, Lukes had x-rays and CT scans done on his knee with both coming back negative as the team is hoping he will be able to play tomorrow depending on how he feels in the morning.

Despite the tough loss, this is great news for the Blue Jays who are happy to still have Lukes available moving forward as the injury does not seem to be serious in any way.
