Toronto Blue Jays fans have completely lost it online after news broke that both Teoscar Hernandez and Corbin Burnes signed elsewhere yesterday.
Hernandez and Burnes were the Blue Jays top free agents targets this off-season, while many believe Toronto would be able to lock them both down on a deal this winter, things took a nasty turn yesterday.
Blue Jays fans are livid at the fan base after missing out on more players
Toronto Blue Jays fans have been pissed off with the organization for quite sometime now but it hit a boiling point yesterday when they missed out on Corbin Burnes and Teoscar Hernandez in the same day.
Fans were quick to hop on social media to voice their displeasure with Ross Atkins and the entire front office who many believe are running this team into the ground.
Ross atkins is single handedly ruining this franchise, from trading Moreno/lourdes, teo and more, to not being able to sign any notable players in free agency. Bo and vladdy are gone after this season book it #bluejays
I for one am shocked fans are mad the Toronto Blue Jays didn't sign a guy who's loved by everyone and would rock in the lineup
Mark Shapiro and Ross Atkins are the worst exec duo in pro sports. They destroyed the Blue Jays for a generation of fans.
While Atkins and Shapiro have been known for being terrible MLB executives, this is a new all-time low for them after they once again promised fans the world and failed too deliver even a fraction of it.
While the front office preached that the Blue Jays will be competing for a World Series next season, there is a good chance that their team ends up actually being worse than in 2024.
