The Toronto Blue Jays announced that they have officially signed international free agent pitcher Seo-jun Moon.
A few days ago news broke that the Blue Jays had reached an agreement on a contract with Moonv but the deal had yet to be officially signed.

The Blue Jays announced that they have officially signed Moon to a contract which includes a $1.5 million signing bonus as they continue to add to their farm system.

According to multiple reports, Moon's fastball sits in the low 90's on average but has touched 95 MPH before.

The new Blue Jay pitcher is about 6'5 and clearly has a ton of power being able to hit those numbers at such a young age which is this seems to be a great signing for Toronto.
There has yet to be any update on where the Blue Jays will start him off in their farm system or how they will go about bringing him over from Korea.
The Blue Jays recently moved up 7 spots in the MLB mid season farm system rankings and it is mostly due to moves like this where the front office has been able to land young and talented players.
