Toronto Blue Jays Short-Stop Bo Bichette was interviewed by CTV News Toronto where he told the reporter that he uses Muay Thai as part of his training because it prepares him mentally and physically for the tough MLB season.
Bo Bichette Uses Muay Thai as Part of Training Regiment
Blue Jays Short-Stop Bo Bichette was interviwed by CTV news regarding his training regiment for the MLB season to which he told the reporter of how he does Muay Thai.
Bichette stated that Muay Thai is the hardest thing he has ever done, not only physically but mentally too. He added that the variety of training is getting his body into better shape and will hopefully help with staying away from injuries this season.
