The Blue Jays had another incredible comeback win against the Diamondbacks yesterday as they were down headed into the ninth inning when Addison Barger and Bo Bichette hit back to back homeruns to win the game.
Diamondbacks sign former Blue Jays outfielder Anthony Gose
The Diamondbacks announced yesterday that they agreed to a deal with former Toronto Blue Jays outfielder Anthony Gose after he was released by the New York Mets a couple days ago.
Gose played for the Blue Jays for three seasons between 2012 and 2014 as an outfielder before playing a couple more seasons for the Detroit Tigers then deciding to turn into a pitcher.
Anthony Gose played five MLB seasons as an outfielder with Toronto & Detroit
He then switched over to pitching and struck out 49 in 33.0 AAA innings this season
He's now debuted pitching for the Cleveland Indians
Gose pitched in the minors from 2017 to 2021 when he was brought up finally by the Cleveland Guardians as pitchers this time.
The former Blue Jay is with now part of the Diamondbacks organization but it has still yet to be confirmed if he new deal is a minor league or major league deal which details will likely come out today.
