Blue Jays GM Ross Atkins spoke to the media yesterday and spoke directly to the fans taking accountability for the way the season is going.
Atkins told reporters that the most recent losing streak hit the Blue Jays hard and that he takes accountability for how poorly things have gone.

“Ten days ago, we were feeling like there was positive momentum and that has gone away.”
“The fact that we are in this position squarely lies with me. I'm accountable for that.”

While Atkins tried to take accountability for the tough season and win some fans over his plan did not work since fans think taking accountability means nothing is there are no consequences.

Clearly the Jays fans are not impressed with this latest message from Atkins and still believe he should be gone.
