Biggio's career with the Toronto Blue Jays is most likely over after DFA.

Cavan Biggio's future is uncertain after being DFA'd.

In a move that surprised us all, with Cavan Biggio being sent down for an assignment and most probably declining because of his five years of MLB service, his time is most likely over with the Toronto Blue Jays. But where will he land?

The odds of Cavan Biggio making it through waivers are slim to none. Let's check out some teams around the league that could use him.

The 29-Year-old has a career .227 batting average and a respectable .343 OBP while being a very solid defender all over the infield and outfield. When speaking with Sportnet 590 THE FAN, Caleb Joseph said this:

"I spoke to Cavan and he said he was crushed. ... It's a huge loss - in my opinion, in terms of the professionalism he brings" - Joseph"

The Los Angeles Dodgers, Boston Red Sox and Cincinnati Reds all have interest in adding a depth player who can play any position in the infield or outfield. His high OBP and good speed also adds great value to a team trying to push or win a World Series.
