Biggio looks like a completely different player when playing for the L.A Dodgers

Cavan Biggio getting his first hit for the Los Angeles Dodgers

The Los Angeles Dodgers lost 3-2 to the Texas Rangers last night, but if anything positive came out of it, the newest member and former Blue Jays Cavan Biggio had a big night for himself.

Starting at 3rd base, Biggio went 1-3 with a single, which was his first hit in a Dodger uniform, which is always good to get the monkey off your back early especially with the amount of criticism he has been getting online.

Cavan Biggio has his first hit as a Dodger.

Fans are not totally convinced about the trade yet though, as he made a terrible error at 3rd and defense loses games.

In a post game interview, he only spoke highly of his new team and wants to contribute as much as he can in what ever role they see him in.

"I just want to be a good piece for this team and hopefully be the last team standing in the end of the year," Cavan Biggio on his role with the Dodgers.
