The Blue Jays announced an injury update regarding former MVP Joey Votto who hurt himself during Spring Training.
Votto hit a homerun in a Spring Training game then proceeded to roll his ankle on a bat in the dugout in that same game.
Since that day, there has been very little information given regarding Votto. The team has now announced that he is taking live at bats and slowly progressing with running exercises but there is still not time-frame for his return.
