Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. started the season struggling quite a bit at the plate but has since turned it around quite a bit in the last 2 weeks and fans have Teoscar Hernandez to thank for that.
The Dodgers were in Toronto 10 days ago as Guerrero was in the middle of one of the worst slumps of his career. After seeing and talking with his good friend Hernandez, Vladdy has since turned his plate appearances around.
Since the Dodgers came to town, Vladdy has a .350 batting average and a .940 OPS, taking a huge step up from the abysmal numbers he had prior to that.
