Blue Jays Fans have been wondering if ownership will step up and get rid of Mark Shapiro and Ross Atkins this season but it seems like they will be taking a different route.
During a press conference yesterday, president Mark Shapiro was asked about GM Ross Atkins and declined to comment on his future but stated that he is a huge believer in stability and continuity.
Mark Shapiro declined to comment on Ross Atkins' status in 2025, saying that speaking about job statuses in-season is nothing he has “or will ever do.”
“Contextually, I'm a huge believer in stability and continuity, and that those things are competitive advantages.” #BlueJays

While he did not say anything directly, it is quite clear that nor Shapiro or Atkins will be going anywhere prior to the 2025 season.
