The Blue Jays took on the Angels yesterday as pitcher Bowden Francis continued his hot streak, pitching the best game of his career.

Francis was one inning away from a no-hitter when he gave up a solo homerun in the 9th inning. Francis started off the season struggling but seems to have found his game as he has been unbelievable in his last 3 starts going 3-0 with a 0.82 ERA, 0.36 WHIP and 27 strikeouts.
