Blue Jays make lineup changes vs. Orioles with Daulton Varsho out
The Toronto Blue Jays host the Baltimore Orioles tonight and announced their lineup for the game with a few surprises.
The Blue Jays are currently on a high after yesterday afternoon's game in which Kevin Gausman pitched a complete game resulting in a 6-0 win.

The Blue Jays announce their lineup for tonight's game and Daulton Varsho is out of the lineup but it seems like it is nothing more than a day off as Myles Straw will be covering for him in centerfield.

Another surprising late twist is that manager John Schneider has decided to put Isiah Kiner-Falefa at second base while Andres Gimenez will be replacing Bo Bichette at shortstop.

This is an interesting decision since Gimenez has not had a lot of experience at shortstop but due to his incredible fielding, this might actually make the Blue Jays even better defensively than when Bichette is in the lineup.
While Bichette has been on fire this season at the plate, his number defensively are still not great but that clearly has not hurt the team too much as they are in first in the AL East.
It will be interesting to see how Gimenez does at shortstop and if this will forced any changes for the Blue Jays moving forward.
The Blue Jays host the Orioles tonight at 7:07 PM at the Rogers Centre.
