The MLB just announced that Blue Jays prospect Orlevis Martinez has been suspended for 80 games.
Martinez has been suspended after testing positives for PEDs which was apparently due to a fertility pill he took.
Blue Jays #2 prospect Orelvis Martinez made his MLB debut on Friday, and now has been suspended 80 games for PEDs
Martinez apologized for the mistake and takes full responsibility but states he will learn from the experience and come back better next year.
Awful timing for the young prospect who just got his first career MLB hit last game.
