Buffalo Bisons manager comments on Alek Manoah poor performance
Candaele went on Blair & Barker yesterday after
Alek Manoah's game and spoke on his performance in which he had some interesting comments to say about the former Cy Young finalist.
According to Candaele, he stated that Manoah was a bit rusty but did however give him credit for sticking in there and competing despite the tough performance.
«After some time off, he was a little rusty but as always, he goes out and competes.»

After this tough game by Manoah and a few other rough outings in Double-A with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats there is a good chance that the Blue Jays look to hold off on bringing him back up to the majors.
Across all the minor leagues that Manoah has played in so far this season, he currently has a cumulative ERA of 11.57 in 7 innings pitched with 6 strikeouts and a 2.71 WHIP.
The Blue Jays as well as fans were hoping for a lot more from Manoah when he returned from surgery but he seems to still be dealing with some problems with his control that he has had over the last couple of seasons.
If Manoah continues to struggle, the Blue Jays might finally look to cut him loose in the off-season.
