The Toronto Blue Jays are still trying to figure out what to do with Vladimir Guerrero Jr but MLB insider Ken Rosenthal released some great news regarding the negotiations recently.
One of the biggest stories in the MLB right now has been Guerrero's contract negotiations as new information seems to be coming out every day including the Blue Jays final offer which came out last week.

Ken Rosenthal recently spoke on the current Blue Jays and Vladimir Guerrero Jr negotiations in which he pointed out that they really are not that far apart when speaking of $50 million across 14 years.

While Blue Jays fans are extremely happy to hear this news, at the same time, it is hard not to look at the flip side that neither party was willing to budge off of their price for $50 million which means maybe neither of them are interested in truly getting a deal done.
It will be interesting to see how all of this plays out over the next few months as their is a long list of possibilities for what the Blue Jays will do.
