Danny Jansen continues to prove how bad of a GM Ross Atkins is

Blue Jays fans have been questioning all season why GM Ross Atkins did not want to offer a contract extension to catcher Danny Jansen.

Jansen was traded to the Red Sox at the deadline and has been playing great while the Blue Jays starting catcher Alejandro Kirk is not injured leaving Toronto without a real catcher. Not only have this trade been looking really bad since the Kirk injury but on top of that, Jansen has been off to a hot start with the Red Sox and had one of the best catches of the season last night.

Gonna catch 'em all cuz he's Danny Jansen

Clearly this was a big mistake by Atkins and now fans have to just sit back and watch as the Blue Jays season continues to go poorly.
