The Los Angeles Dodgers fans have been dealing with some backlash after their reaction to Toronto Blue Jays George Springer's injury last night.
Dodgers fans face backlash for booing George Springer after injury
Springer took an awkward swing on a foul ball that he hit in the 7th inning which ended up taking him out of the game which Dodgers fans seemed to be happy about as they cheered on as he left the field.
Blue Jays fans were not happy with the reaction as they took to social media to voice how upset they were with this reaction.

However, one fan pointed out how the Seattle Mariners fans actually did the same but ended up regretting it when Springer hit the game winning home run in game 7 of the ALCS.

The only issue with that is that there seems to be a chance that Springer is unable to play through this injury if it ends up being his oblique.
The Blue Jays have yet to announce the results of Springer's MRI but it certainly does not look good for the moment.
The Blue Jays take on the Dodgers for game 4 tonight after an 18 inning game 3 and there is a good chance that Springer ends up being left out of the staring lineup.
