Fan in critical condition after falling 21 feet onto the field
A tragic event took place last night during the Pittsburgh Pirates and Chicago Cubs as a fan ended up at the hospital in critical condition.
Baseball is certainly a high speed spot that can be dangerous for both the fans and the players at times but last night was simply a very unfortunate situation in Piitttsburgh.

During the Cubs and Pirates game yesterday, a fan was celebrating a Pirates hit when he went over the railing falling 21 feet over the Roberto Clemente wall and onto the field.

The Pirates players in the dugout noticed the young man that went over the wall and called assistance for him right away as they tried to get the attention on the umpires and players.
The Pirates dugout immediately demanding help for the fan that fell.
Look for the helpers. I cannot express how much I hope they are OK.

There has been no update yet but hopefully the fan ends up being alright, thoughts and prayers are out for him and his loved ones.
