The Blue Jays organization announced that pitcher Eric Pardinho has been called up from Double-A to Triple-A in Buffalo as he continues to impress.

Pardinho has a 1.01 ERA with 37 strikeouts and a 0.90 WHIP through 26.2 innings pitched in Double-A this season.
The 23 year old was once a top 100 prospect but due to multiple injuries including Tommy John surgery at a young age, many believed his career to be over. Pardinho has been proving doubters wrong and is now set to pitch in Buffalo later this week.
