The Blue Jaysv have been on fire lately and a big part of that is how well they have been playing defensively especially when it comes to how their starting rotation has been playing.

Gausman clearly proved these comments wrong as he was on the mound yesterday against the Yankees and put on a dominant performance, pitching 7 innings while only giving up 4 hits and 1 earned run giving him a 2.25 ERA against the Yankees in July.

While the Blue Jays are clearly in need of adding a starting pitcher to their rotation, it is hard to say that it is because of their top 3 pitchers as Bassitt, Gausman and Berrios have all been playign extremely well lately.
