Blue Jay fans have been wondering for a while now why manager John Schneider has yet to be fired despite numerus questionable decisions over his time in Toronto.
One fan online believes that Schneider in "unfireable" regardless of how poorly the team does as long as he continues to follow orders from the higher-ups.
Toronto Blue Jays coaches are unfireable based upon performance because the job description is to just do whatever the higher-ups «collaborate» with them to do.
While this might be just one fans opinion, when you look at Schneider performance just this year alone, it is hard to imagine another reason as to why he has yet to be let go.
