The Blue Jays and Dodgers seem to be in the same boat when it comes to broadcasting away games this season.
Both teams have decided to cut costs by having their commentators call the games remotely rather than having them travel with the team to save money.
"The Los Angeles Angels and Toronto Blue Jays continue to have their radio teams call away games remotely rather than send them on the road. That's not simply questionable, it is flat out embarrassing."
This news comes as a bit of surprise to most fans since they are two teams with some of the biggest payrolls in the MLB but feel the need to cut minor costs when it comes to the broadcasters traveling.
