Kevin Gausman has first solid game of the season despite the loss
The Blue Jays ace pitcher Kevin Gausman had his first solid game of the season yesterday despite the loss to the Yankees.
Gausman has been off to the worst start of his career this season after coming back from injury as he sat at 0-2 on the season with a 11.54 ERA, 1.93 WHIP and only 10 strikeouts prior to yesterday.
Although Gausman was unable to help the Blue Jays get the win, the ace pitcher had a great game as he pitched 5 innings given up 4 hits, 1 run and striking out 6 batters.
