New information revealed on the size of the Blue Jays offer to Kyle Tucker

The Toronto Blue Jays recently made an offer to free agent Kyle Tucker and new details have now been announced regarding the size of the deal.
The Blue Jays along with the New York Mets, New York Yankees and Chicago Cubs all made offer to Tucker this past week.
Details on the size of the Blue Jays offer to Kyle Tucker
Tucker and his agent have made it known that they are looking to sign a deal close to if not more than $400 million on around an 8 year term which would pay him an average salary of about $50 million per season.
According to a recent report, the Blue Jays have made Tucker an offer above $340 million with a term of about 7-8 years which would give him an average salary of about $42.5 million per season if no money if deferred.
The Jays and Tucker have already discussed a deal at-least north of 340+

This seems to just be the first offer so there is a good chance that the number continues to climb from there but the Blue Jays are still very much in play for Tucker.
Some believe that the Blue Jays are still the front runners to land Tucker since no one else will offer him more than them.
