The Atlanta Braves have apparently put together an massive $126 million offer that they will present to Toronto Blue Jays shortstop Bo Bichette this off-season.
Braves have put together an offer they plan on presenting Bo Bichette with
Bichette has been having a phenomenal season in 2025 which will surely result in him landing a large contract as he has had an incredible bounce back year after a disaster of a 2024 campaign.
Bleacher Report's Kerry Miller projected Monday that Bichette would get a six-year, $126 million deal this winter but from the Atlanta Braves, not the Blue Jays. -Roberts
"If he wants to remain a shortstop, (the) two most logical landing spots are either returning to Toronto or going to Atlanta-both of whom are already on the hook for nearly $200M next season and might need to get creative to make it work," -Miller
This is not the first time that the Braves have been linked to Bichette since they currently have Nick Allen as their shortstop as he took over for Orlando Arcia earlier this season.
The Blue Jays need to start getting serious about re-signing Bichette if they do not want to lose him to free agency since other teams are already preparing their offers for the off-season.
Replacing Bichette will not be an easy task for Toronto if they lose him since over the last few seasons they have struggled to convince big time players to sign with them in free agency.
