Blue Jays manager John Schneider gave reporters an injury update yesterday on Bo Bichette and Daulton Varsho after they went down 2 games ago.

While many fans were worried, the MRI for Bichette revealed a right calf strain which means his status is day to day while Varsho is also day to day with his knee injury which does not seem to be too serious.

MRI revealed a right calf fascia strain for Bo Bichette, said John Schneider.

He's day to day for now, Blue Jays hoping to avoid IL. But likely they'll have a player in Arizona on taxi.

Daulton Varsho day to day too. He said he landed with full weight on left knee.

This is positive news for the Blue Jays who had multiple players go down yesterday with injuries throughout the entire organization, including their third base coach.
