The Blue Jays agreed to a trade yesterday with the Texas Rangers as they have acquired RHP Yerry Rodriguez.

Rodriguez has been acquired from the Rangers in exchange for RHP Josh Mollerus. The Blue Jays newest acquisition will begin his time within the organization in Triple-A with the Bisons.

Rodríguez will head to Triple-A.

Rodriguez had a 6.88 ERA in 17 innings pitched and 12 strikeouts with the Rangers this season.
