The MLB released the first update regarding All-Star voting in which the only Blue Jays player in the top 2 for any position is Vladimir Guerrero Jr.

Guerrero is currently in first among first baseman in the American League with 746,031 votes. This amount of votes put him in fourth among all AL position players.
MLB has released the first update for All-Star voting.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is the lone #BlueJays position player in the top two so far.
A few others have made it on to the top 10, Davis Schneider is 6th among second basemen, Danny Jansen is 4th among catchers, Isiah Kiner-Falefa is 5th among third basemen, Bo Bichette is 5th for shortstops and Justin Turner is 6th for DHs.
After the first update, it looks like fans will only be seeing Guerrero at this year's All-Star game.
