The Streak continues! Vlad Guerrero Jr is on fire right now

After a slow start to the season, Vladdy has hits in 9 of his last 10 games, including a grand-slam against the Nationals.

Today, the Toronto Blue Jays took on the Philadelphia Phillies, where they were able to scrap out a 5-3 win.

The bigger story is that of Vlad Guerrero Jr., he now has a 9-game hitting streak that included a monstrous Grand-Slam against Washington.




He smacked a hard left-field single that scored George Springer to take a 1-0 lead for the Blue Jays.


Vlad is now hitting .234 with 4 home runs and 15 RBI's.

Though, there is still not a lot to cheer about as this marks only the 3rd win for the Blue Jays in their last 13 games... Yikes.
