The Blue Jays have made a lot of moves so far this season when it comes to international signings after receiving a lot of additional money from the Cleveland Guardians that they did not end up using.
The Blue Jays can only benefit from these types of signings as they need to start improving their farm system which is currently ranked 27th out of 30 MLB teams which is somehow even worse than last year.
There is not a lot of information known about Francisco as there are no previous stats of him apart from that he is 18 years old, a right handed pitcher, standing at 5'11 and 170 lbs.
While the Blue Jays are mainly focused on improving their current roster, it is only a positive that Ross Atkins and Mark Shapiro continue to make moves like signing Francisco to improve the team's future.
